1. Article 1 - Joining the community

We save the data entered in the registration form. All data is stored on servers in Switzerland and is only accessible by the Let's mat.ch! team. We use them to invite you to events and to validate your registration.

This data is not shared with other members or business partners.

2. Article 2 - Consent

When you provide your personal information to complete a transaction, register for the site, or an event, we assume that you consent to us collecting your information and using it for that purpose only. If we were to ask you for personal information for another reason, we will then ask you for your express consent and we will give you the opportunity to refuse.

3. Article 3 - Registration for events

egistration for an event is done using an external tool, RSVPIFY, which will ask you to enter your email and your first and last name so that we can verify that you are a member. This system then handles the payment securely and confidentially.

• Your email address and your first and last name are stored in the RSVPIFY list.
• Payment information is not stored. The data is encrypted in accordance with the data security standard established by the payment card industry. Information relating to your purchase transaction is kept for as long as necessary to finalize your order. Once the order is complete, the purchase transaction information is deleted.
• Only the Let's mat.ch! team has access to recorded information (surname, first name, email). This information is never disclosed

4. Article 4 - Age

By using this site, you certify that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.

5. Article 5 - Security

To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that they are not disseminated, consulted modified or destroyed in an inappropriate manner. During payment transactions, your credit card information is encrypted through the use of the SSL protocol. PCI-DSS requirements are applied.

2. Terms & conditions

Article 1- Participation in events

Participation in an event is subject to registration on the Let's mat.ch platform! as well as the payment of the registration fees for the chosen event. Confirmation of registration will be checked by someone from the Let's mat.ch team! during the event. Anyone not registered in advance will be refused entry. In the case of a late registration, do not hesitate to write us an email or contact us on Instagram and we will see what we can do for you.

• 1.1 No refund can be made in case of no-show at an event for which you are registered.
• 1.2 In the event of a foreseeable impediment, you can contact us by email 72 hours before and we will discuss the terms of reimbursement according to the type of event and the partners linked to it
• 1.3 During the event, we are in no way responsible for damage caused to others, the individual RC of each acts as insurance. In the event of an accident, we cannot be held responsible.
• 1.4 For all meetings and exchanges outside of our events by members who have exchanged their contacts of their own free will, we cannot be held responsible. It is everyone's choice and their responsibility.
